2. Meet the Basic Requirements

To become a property agent, you need to:

Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.

Be at least 18 years old.

Have a minimum qualification of SPM (or equivalent).

3. Steps to Become a Real Estate Negotiator (REN)

Step 1: Complete the Negotiator Certification Course (NCC)

Must attend the Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) and pass the NCC Online Assessment.
